When the ADS1120-Q1 is powered on, the ADC sampling fails.
Fault description: Our software will send a reset command to the ADC chip via SPI when powered on, set the value of the 02h register to 0x10, and read back the value of the register and compare it. If it is different, it is considered that the ADC sampling fails. If the return value is the same, we will set other ADC parameters and start ADC continuous sampling. The MCU will continue to detect the DRDY signal of the ADC. If the MCU does not receive the DRDY interrupt within 200ms (the ADC sampling rate is 1200SPS), it will also be considered that the ADC sampling fails.
Please help analyze the possible causes of the ADC sampling failure
In addition, please help confirm whether the wafer/assembly of ADS1120-Q1 has changed. Thank you
