ADS7066: Timing of power supply rise and fall

Hello.
I have a question.
I would like to use different power supplies for ads7066 with AVDD and DVDD.
Is there any possibility of failure if the timing of the rise and fall of the power supply is different?

Hi Takahashi-san,

As described in the power supply recommendations section of the datasheet, AVDD and DVDD can be set independently for ADS7066.

In other words, if only either AVDD or DVDD is supplied with power, does that mean that the device will not operate normally but will not fail?
