DAC39RF10EVM: External Sync

Part Number: DAC39RF10EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DAC39RF10

Tool/software:

Hello E2E Experts,

Good day.

We are experiencing a related issue (which I haphazardly summarized earlier) where the Sync signal output port for the TI DAC39RF10 Eval board is not outputting a signal we can find on an oscilloscope. We also do not see in the GUI where there should be an option to switch to external Sync input operation. It does not respond to external Sync signals in any configuration we have tried. The solution you provided below for getting the sync signal from the pattern generator references an option in the GUI that does not appear for us. We would like to be able to use an external Sync signal to synchronize its operation with some arbitrary waveform generators which we already have synchronized. Do you know what step we may be missing?

Regards,

TI-CSC
