ADS5463: ADS5463 FPGA Selection and ADC Board Material

Hi,

I'm thinking to design ADS5463 custom board but I'm confused for couple of questions. 

What is the material of EVM board? Can you give full name of FR-4 Material?

Is this ADC suitable with XC7Z020-1CLG484C or XC7A35T-2FGG484I ?

My sample rate is 200 Megasample/s but I selected 500 Megasample/s because of Nyquist Theorem.

    Hi Ceyhun,

    We can’t give exact board material, but any standard FR4-370 material is good for signals up to 2GHz. I don’t have specs for the fpga and can’t comment on that, just ensure the FPGA can accept VCM of 1.2Vdc and differential swing of 375mVpp. Typically this is what is accepted by most FPGA, but you should still confirm.
