Hi Brian,
There is not a specified maximum capacitor value. Depending on the severity of the noise additional capacitance can be added for additional filtering.
Why i ask this question is that customer would like to add one more TVS connected in parallel with VCAP for noise immunity in MD application.
The TVS is PDZ5.6B (0.4W 5.48-5.73V SOD-323-2P SMD)
the lowest clamp voltage is 5.48V. Is that ok or not when it's place at VCAP? thanks!

Hi Brian,
VCAP voltage is typically 3.45V so I don't think the TVS would help much here under normal conditions. Are they seeing noise beyond 5.48V on this pin?
Filtering at LDOIN may be more effective.
