Tool/software:
Hello,
My customer is investigating ADS1000-Q1 and they're wondering the input impedance dependency over temperature. Is it possible to show the data for non NDA customers just as a reference?
Best Regards,
Yoshikazu Kawasaki
Hi Yoshikazu Kawasaki,
This information isn't available.
ADS1000-Q1 is an active part number, however, for new designs we recommend taking a look at the ADS1013-Q1 (ADS1013-Q1 data sheet, product information and support | TI.com) instead, as it is a newer device with the same functionality and better performance.
Best Regards,
Angel
Hello Angel-san,
Thankyou for your reply. You comments sound like ADS1000-Q1 will be NRND soon. Would you please tell me the reason why you recommend ADS1013-Q1 even though ADS1013-Q1 is more expensive than ADS1000-Q1 which isn't good for customers who only need slow Fs like 0.1ksps?
Best Regards,
Yoshikazu Kawasaki
Hi Yoshikazu,
Customer is free to use the ADS1000-Q1 if they wish.
This is a recommendation due to the ADS1013-Q1 being the newer device with the same functionality and additional features like higher data rate options, wider supply range, internal voltage reference, more PGA gain options etc.
Best Regards,
Angel
Hello Angel-san,
Thank you for your comments. I'll recommend ADS1000-Q1 then, but I'll do ADS1013-Q1 depending on their requirements.
Best Regards,
Yoshikazu Kawasaki
