Tool/software:
On page 25 of the DAC 7574 datasheet, the following is stated regarding the Reference Voltage in relation to the Supply voltage:
" The reference voltage applied to the DAC7574 may be reduced below the supply voltage applied to VDD in order to eliminate
this condition if good linearity is a requirement at full scale (under resistive loading conditions)."
As the DAC7574 has no connection for an external reference how can it possibly be reduced to below the supply voltage?
