DAC8830: DAC of 200ºC operating temperature

Hi there,


I'm looking for a DAC like the one attached (DAC8830) but with a maximum operating temperature of +200ºC. I haven't found any and don't know if there are in development.

    Hi Pedro, 

    Most of our devices are specified to 125C max. Specified means that we guarantee our electrical specs up to 125C. 

    These devices have a max junction temperature of 150C. Pat this you risk damage to the device.

    We do not have any parts rated above that rating now or planned at this time. What is your application?
