ADS1278: risks not powering DVDD IOVDD

Hello,

If for the ADS1278WHFQ-MLS device, only has applied power to AVDD, VREFEN, VREFP and NOT DVDD, IOVDD is there risk for damage or overstress of the component?

Powered Domains	Powered Inputs	Unpowered Domains
AVDD	5VA	DVDD, IOVDD
VREFEN	2.5V
VREFP	2.5V

Hi Adam Daluga,

This condition will not damage the ADC, but the ADC will not work correctly after all power supply voltages return to recommended operating range. In this case, you need to assert /SYNC after all supply voltages have stabilized and /DRDY has asserted to properly reset the device.

Also note that the analog and digital input pins should not be driven before all power supplies are fully powered-up.
