ADS7049-Q1: pin - 5 ( AINM ) of IC ADS7049QDCURQ1

Hi TI team ,

we are using ADS7049QDCURQ1 IC for analog to digital conversion circuit .

i have connected pin no- 5 i.e. AINM with system ground , but it is picking noise from the input side .

did i have to connect the AINM pin with separate ground or i connected the correct ground ?

do u guys have any PCB layout source file for this IC connection or any other technical documents for this IC .

Hi Siva,

If the ground noise is common between the AINM and AINP pins, it should theoretically be reduced, However, if this ground noise is only seen in the AINM pin, is it possible to connect the pin to an isolated ground point from the source?

The ADS704X-5XEVM-PDK User's Guide contains PCB layer plots that would serve as good reference for a starting point.
