Hi Ajay,
I'm looking for electrical specification for the part number below
This can be found in page 3 of the ADS1100 data sheet: ADS1100: Self-Calibrating, 16-Bit Analog-to-Digital Converter datasheet (Rev. B)
Thermal resistance JA (C/W)
We don't have this information to share for this device, only what is stated in the data sheet is available.
The ADS1100 is an older device, for new designs we recommend taking a look at the ADS1115 family of devices, as they are newer devices with the same functionality and increased performance.

Hi Angel,
Thanks for prompt reply,
As per your suggestion I am using ADS1114IRUGT One channel is enough for me.
Analog Input [0-5V]
ALERT/READY function. we are not going to use with FPGA.I just pulled up with 5V By 10K Is that fine?
Hi Ajay,
I just pulled up with 5V By 10K Is that fine?
Yes that is fine. If unused, the ALERT/RDY pin can be left floating, or you can tie the pin to VDD with a pull up resistor. From the data sheet:
