Hi,

1. I am not using SYSREF+/- and TMSTP+/- signals in our design.
Can I put them to separate test point for proto testing? Is there any negative impact (noise coupling, performance impact etc) of doing so?

2. Is there any length matching requirement for ORA0,1, ORB0,1 amongst themselves or with any other signals from ADC? I intend to route them as 50-ohm Single ended. Hope that's fine

3. What's the length matching requirement for TDIODE+/-? Should they be routed differentially with 100-ohm?

Hi Nandini,

No there is no negative impact of routing the SYSREF and TMSTP signals to external test points.

No you don't need to length match the Over range signals they are single ended CMOS signals.

The TDIODE signals are not a differential signal the + - corresponds to the positive and negative connections to be routed to an external temp sensor. So you would not want a big length difference between the legs as this could lead to some inaccuracy in your measurement.
