ADC101C021: Pull-up resistor voltage

When the VA of the ADC101C021 is 3.3V, is it possible to use the Alert pin with the pull-up resistor voltage pulled up to 5V?

In this case, is it okay to set the pull-up resistance value so that it does not exceed the current limit of 15 mA?

Thanks for your question. Technically, this is okay. It would not damage the part, per this note in the datasheet:

However, I am curious, why would you like to pull it up to 5V? Are SDA/SCL pulled up to 3.3V?

According to the datasheet, the type of the ALERT terminal is Digital Output.
Is it OK to consider that Operating Ratings (3) applies in this case as well?
