I have 2 questions related to ADC12D1600 devices

1. Is the ADC12D1600QML (376 CPGA package) Connection diagram a superset of the ADC12D1600 292 BGA package (27mmx27mm)

2. Is there a socket that can be ordered to fit on the RB. There appears to be mounting holes for a socket. Can we order this socket or get a part number.

We need a way to test parameters of device that have been environmental stress. Will the QML device work on this RB with this socket?

Hi Robert,

The QML package and commercial EVM and sockets are not compatible.

Its unclear for which package you want the socket part number and vendor?

Please advise, and I can get that information to you.

Hi Robert,

If you have the QML device and the commercial EVM, these two are not compatible.

Unfortunately, the socket for the QML device does not fit onto the commercial EVM.
