ADC12DL2500: High speed data converter tool installation

Tool/software:

We would like to install High speed data converter tool to generate ADC configurations file for ADC12DL2500ACF but during installation (1) got below error and we have selected ignore option. After installation when we tried to open the application we are getting below (2) error. Could please guide us how to resolve this issue?

Hi,

It is trying to write some of the files it requires to a non-writable area meaning you don't have permissions to write to that area of the drive. Please uninstall, download HSDCPro 5.2 and install as Admin. HSDCPro 6.0 is not recommended for the DL2500 application.

Hi Geoff,

As suggested, We have tried to install HSDCPro 5.2 in both C and D drive as Admin but we are getting same issue, Kindly help us to resolve this issue....

Hi,

Have to tried running the GUI as Admin? Does where it's trying to move the file exist? Can you manually save a file there? It looks like a permissions problem.

Yes, If run GUI as Admin its not at all loading, Could you please share me the file which i have to save at files extracted location?

The files should extract from the installer. Try to fully uninstall and reinstall the 5.2

at the time of installation some files are generating during files extraction but issue still exists....

Hi Sudharson,

There is no install guide as this is a simple installation if you have the sufficient UAC permissions. You will have to get sufficient permissions onto your account in windows. We cannot help you with this.
