Hi Alan,

You can find the schematic (section 7.3) and the screenshots for the PCB layout (section 7.2) in the ADS131B26Q1EVM-PDK User's Guide, but the Altium files for the EVM are not published because the EVM board is only used for ADC evaluation purpose.
