ADC3244E: ADC3244EIRGZT : Top Marking exact meaning

Hello,

we use ADC3244EIRGZT part on our products.

Depending of the lots, we noted that Top Marking of this component is for example : AZ3244E TI 2CJ P7F0 G4 on one lot and , on other lot, AZ3244E TI 04J PL4H G4.so , in general syntax, AZ3244E TI XXX YYYY G4

My concern is to know what is XXX YYYY exact and entire meaning ? I would think it indicates Date Code, Plants for WaferFab/Assy/Test, ...But maybe die revision, ...others ?

Hi Ollivier,

Year and month are first 2 digits. Rest of characters are TI proprietary.

G4 is the environmental category, these are industry standard

Another question : do you know how Date code (Year Month) are coded ? Do you think the right Date COdes are as follow ?

AZ3244E TI 2CJ P7F0 G4 = 2C : 2 for 2022 and C for December (1 Jan/ 2 Feb /....9 Sep/ A Oct/...C Dec) ?
AZ3244E TI 04J PL4H G4 = 04 : for 2020 and 4 for April ?

Y	Last digit of the year assembled (e.g. 0=2020, 1=2021)
M	Month assembled: (1=Jan, 2=Feb, 3=Mar, 4=Apr, 5=May, 6=Jun, 7=Jul, 8=Aug, 9=Sept, A=Oct, B=Nov, C=Dec)
