Hi,
Sorry to hear that the device got damaged during testing. What were the test conditions that lead to the device getting damaged?
Thanks and Regards
Savyan
All connections are configured as indicated in the manual, J1 is connected to plus or minus 100v with a current limit of 15ma, and J2 is connected to plus or minus 50v with a current limit of 15ma. i shorted out the chip when measuring the voltage at the node where J1 is connected while using a multimeter, which caused the chip to burn. There is no visible burnout elsewhere, I would like to ask if it is possible to purchase the chip TX7316ZCX to replace the original damaged chip.
Hi,
I understand the problem. Could you please drop a mail to support_us_afe_tx@list.ti.com with reference to this e2e post?
Thanks and Regards
