DAC3283: Do Output Pins Need to be 3.3V?

Part Number: DAC3283
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TRF372017,

Tool/software:

Could the analog output pins be run off 1.7 V instead of 3.3V?

The Outs will be connected to an IQ modulator and I am looking at the TRF372017
which has a Vcm of 1.7 V.

If I follow the interface guidelines in the datasheet I could connect the two direcly as shown in Fig 55, but w/ R2 set for 0 ohms which would significantly improve loss.

So...is that do-able?

Thanks.
