ADS1234: ADS1234

Tool/software:

Hello!

We are working on using sinusoidal AC excitation or PWM signal for the bridge circuit (not bridge chopping) to measure the real part of the sensor formed by an RC network. The frequency we are driving is ~100kHz which has already been characterized that the capacitance won't affect the real part. Is there any chip we can use to generate a voltage signal that can be translated by ADC later on? I just checked the ADS123x but it seems only works for dc excitation. Another chip AD5934 is an impedance convertor that can measure both real and img part but exceeds our power budget. Is there any recommendations?
