    Hello Arif,

    Yes, the HFQ is sold without the leads formed; this is something you would need to have done per your own specification. The below image is similar to how the HFQ package is shipped from TI, but different pin count.

    We offer the HKP option which is the same package, but with the leads already formed into a gull wing configuration; see end of datasheet for details on this package option.

    There are several 3rd party companies that can provide lead form service such as FANCORT or Micross.
