I am programming the ADS54J60EVM via USB. Although TI supplies setup program, I have to make SPI programming for my design.
In the SPI programming I have trouble in power down the ADC. According to the datasheet. 0011h -80h should be sent for master page selection. And then "0055h-40h sent for mask enable. For global power down "0026h-80h" is sent but there was no change in the current of DC power supply. Is it correct the procedure and the data stream for power down the ADC?
