DAC539G2-Q1: SMART-DAC-EVM-GUI Error in VI at startup in Windows 11 and 10

Tool/software:

Hello TI Support Forum, my name is Adam and I want to utilize the SMART-DAC-EVM-GUI software.

The problem is that the software has an issue during startup that You can see as the attached error captured:

My system is Win11 (23H2), also tried on Win10 (22H2)

 - The software was installed on a clean copy of Win11 in versions 1.0.5 (latest available) / 1.0 4 (one previous)  / 1.0.1 (as suggested by forum topic: Similar Topic )

each time the software had the same error persisting on all versions. After failed installation the copy of windows was cleared and updated.

- Tried to update the supplied LabView Runtime separately after installs of 1.0.5 and 1.0.1 - no luck with this option

- Tested 1.0.5 on a fresh Win10 - same error

- Firewall turned off / all possible admin rights used during installation.

The previous topic does not lead to any solution, but displays only suggestions.

That is why I'm raising the topic again.
