TSW14J50EVM: Trouble getting HSDC Pro GUI to work, version 5.31 and 5.20

I have tried running HSDC Pro 5.31 on 3 different laptops by now, but the same problem occurs everytime. The program starts but the TSW1400.lvllib:Startup Screen.vi is forever stuck on "Loading HSDCPro..."

In the main program, most features are greyed out such as where you choose the ADC. The run arrow is fractured and grey meaning there is an error somewhere, and when i run the program I get the error: "Missing subVI NI_MAPro.lvlib: Multitone Generator.vi in VI tsw1400.lvlib:Frame.vi" This is identical for all the computers I have tried it on.

I have also downloaded the 5.20 version and this error is not present here. I can connect to my TSW14J50EVM card and choose the corresponding ADC on my TSW54J60EVM, but if I am to run a SERDES test I cannot as it is greyed out. As with most optios under Instrument Options. Whenever I press capture the program informs med that I need to enter a valid sampling frequency, but I am unable to find where I need to enter this.
