ADS1247: RTD 4 Wire Measurement upto 1500 Ohms

Greetings Guys,

In my process we manufacture sensors and i want to develope Ohm meter or simply a device to measure resistance upto 1500 Ohms. I was thinkg for RTD 4 Wire measurement where in real application we will be measuring ohms of the sensors that we manufacture. I was going through SBAA201A – MARCH 2013 – REVISED MARCH 2023 and SBAA336B – DECEMBER 2018 – REVISED SEPTEMBER 2024. I was wondering which application circuit will fit the most for my application. I am simply confused about filtering component selection as they are different in both the application notes or PDF.

Please give some advice on which approach to select. This is not always on application. I mean whenever the sensor passes the final stage, the operator simply measures the resistance of the sensor and takes the note of it.
