Part Number: ADS1278

Tool/software:

Hello,

My name is Yalda Hooshyar, an engineer from The Boeing Company in El Segundo. Could you please kindly advise what is the "survival" temperature for part number “ADS1278WHFQ-MLS”?

I appreciate your support and information in advance.

Kind regards,

Yalda Hooshyar

  • Hello Yalda Hooshyar,

Welcome to the TI E2E community.

I am not certain what exactly 'survival' temperature means.  We verify specifications for continuous operation up to 115C for the WHFQ variant.  The absolute maximum allowed junction temperature is 217C for short periods of time, and the maximum storage temperature is 150C.
