Let me know equivaleent circuit of ADS5444's analog input port, I'd like to know this device has protection circuit against over range input.

The input circuit for the ADS5444 is the same as the one shown in the ADS5463 datasheet (figure 48). The only difference is that the ADS5444 uses an 800 fF differential capacitor instead of two single-ended 1.6 pF capacitors.
The diodes shown in the circuit are human-body-model ESD diodes. They may provide some over voltage protection, but the amount of current and length of time they're exposed to an over voltage condition are not known.They are designed more for ESD conditions rather than over voltage.

So, If external clamping diode is used for protection over voltager, would you recommend a back-to-back diode which can protect differential input range 2.2Vpp described recomended input voltage condition in datasheet?

I would recommend an external circuit. The internal circuitry is not designed for over-voltage situations.
