AFE5832LP: 20 registers in "obelix.vhd" in FPGA code

I’ve recently started working with the SWROOP board, and We want to know about the function and interpretation of 20 registers in "obelix.vhd" in FPGA code and Communication protocol for the AFE5832LPTX 3LVL EVM software to send data to the MED1426. Could you let me know if there’s any documentation or available for it?
