Hello TI Support Team,
The customer received part#ADC128S102CIMT/NOPB and reported that total qty:233pcs shipped with DC 2401 was rejected due to the plating or left-over metal from leads and resulted loose material can break off easily.
But there are no issue on the another batch of qty:135pcs with DC2428. Thus, customer request to return entire lot of 233pcs and replace whole qty of 233pcs with Date code 2428.
Could you please refer to the attached picture and advise if the customer received the defective parts?
If any criteria for the cosmetic issue(lead burr), please let me know. Thank you.
