Tool/software:
Hi TI team,
We're using the AFE1594 for impedance-based respiration monitoring. During human subject testing, we noticed that the respiration signal sometimes contains strong cardiac (heartbeat) interference, even at the raw data level.
In some sessions, respiration looks clean (~0.25 Hz), but in others, a strong 1–1.2 Hz component appears, which affects the accuracy of respiration rate estimation.
Is this a known issue? Any suggestions on register settings, layout, or gain/filter configurations to minimize heartbeat interference?
Thanks for your support.
Best regards,
Weilin
