The power supply was interrupted at the downstream fuse, reason was the AC/DC controller UCC28631DR. Are there any known issues with this component on your side why it broke?

Hi, I already opened a ticket at customer support center Number: CS2947001

They replied that they can't help and I need to ask engineers in this forum. I don't see the value why I should open another ticket.

Karina,

If you would like to file for a customer return, you would need to follow the instructions I provided previously (go through Customer support team).

If you want an engineer to look into what caused the failure (without returning your failed units back to TI) you would need to provide detailed failure description including your schematic, input/output voltage, what you did, how you found this failure...etc. I suggest you open another E2e request if you want to go this route.
