ADS1261-Q1: Number of winston bridge interface with ADS1261-Q1

  • How Many 6 wire winston bridge  can interface with ADS1261-Q1, since ith have REF 0 ., REF 1, thean only two sensor can be interface? can be extented upto 4 sensor ( 6 wire as below)

    Hi Srinivasan Elumalai,

    If you need 4x sets of differential reference inputs (1x pair for each 6-wire bridge) then you could use an external multiplexer with the ADS1261. This solution leaves you with 4x differential pairs of analog inputs for the bridges (or 10x of the total ADS1261-Q1 11x analog input pins). You would then switch the external reference mux at the same time as you switch the internal signal mux.
