already checked this topic, unfortunately my colleague is out of the office this week, also a VLP (tech drawing in an Mentor app) hasn`t been allocated to it.

    Thank you for your post.

    The mechanical drawings and land pattern for the RTQ package is appended to the end of the AFE1598 data sheet. Please check the Secure Resources folder for the latest revision, or request access to AFE159RP8-DESIGN if you do not already have it.
