ADC3662: Terminal processing when chB is not used

Is there any specification for terminal processing when chB is not used?

I couldn't read it from the data sheet.

Hi Kato,

I'm sorry but what do you mean by "terminal processing"? Do you mean what do you do with the input when that channel is unused?

Hi Geoff,

Yes, that's correct.
When unused, is it okay to leave it at "NC"?
Or should both P/N pins be connected to GND?
