The actual measured value is larger than the tPD value specified in the data sheet. Is this actual measured value acceptable for the product specification?
Also, compared to the timing chart in the data sheet, the actual waveform has a longer time from the falling edge of the sampling clock to the falling edge of DCLKIN. Is this a problem? In other words, is there a specification for the min/max of tCDCLK?
