ADC3660: Is ADC3660 and ADC3643 pin--to-pin compatible?

Hi TI experts,

My customer is inquiring whether the ADC3660 and ADC3643 are pin-to-pin compatible.

I noticed that both devices share the same EVM User Guide, which is likely why the customer assumes they are compatible.

Although both components use the same package, I found that their pin definitions for the digital interface are different.

Therefore, I suspect they are not truly pin-to-pin compatible.

Could you please confirm if my assessment is correct?
