ADC3683: ADC3683 Single-Ended Input Configuration?

Hi Team, 

 

I am investingating  the ADC3683 for a single ended input application, and I am looking for the following information:

  • Is there a configuration for which the ADC can be driven with a single-ended input signal instead of a differential pair? For instance, could AINM be tied to Vcm while AINP is a signal centered about Vcm?
  • If a single-ended configuration is possible, what would the effect on SNR be? How much of a dB hit would I take versus a traditional differential signal input?
