ADS8866: PSRR of the ADS8866 vs. Frequency

I'm having trouble finding any information regarding the PSRR characteristics of the ADS8866 vs. frequency. Specifically, I'm interested in this ADC's PSRR performance between 10kHz and 1MHz. Is this information TI has published? Otherwise, I'll need to obtain an eval kit and measure it myself.

Hi Matthew,

Thanks for your post. I don't believe we have this information available. Usually, users use TI or similar LDOs and references which provide good supplies so PSRR is usually not an issue. On the EVM, we have used REF6050 to supply VREF = 5V.

If you are wanting to evaluate the PSRR, you may use the ADS8860EVM-PDK. This EVM supports the 1MSPS version of ADS8866.
