I am looking for help selecting an ADC that will give me at least 12bit resolution, sampling at >100MSPS, and 200MHz input Bandwidth. Ideally the input would be 2V8 DC but I can attenuate and buffer my signal if I have to.
With this in mind, I have looked at the ADS62P28 and ADS62P25 and they meet all of my major criteria, but I am unsure how to clock them for a sample rate >100MSPS using CMOS outputs.
