Hi ,

Would like to seek advice on tools return /repair policy on the following boards .

Kindly direct me to the route /email or website .

Below boards was purchased by one of my customer to evaluate on a project , within 2 months ,

1) DSP: TMS320C6455 DSK x 3 sets , 1 set not working .

2) ADC: ADS8406EVM x 4 sets purchased , 1 set not working

3) DAC: DAC8552EVM x 4 sets purchased , 3 sets not working.

4) 5-6KInterface boards x 4 sets purchased.

For the TMS320C6455, I believe you would need to contact the RMA department of Spectrum Digital. Send me your e-mail address and we can talk about how to replace the ADS8406 and DAC8552 boards.
