TSW3100 operational problems with new Dell Laptops

This problem seems to be occurring on laptops with Symantec End Point Protection.  When this is disabled it allowed normal TSW3100 operation.  Essentially switching OFF the “Network Threat Protection” along with Antivirus and Antispyware protection allowed the TFTP commands to work properly.  This was the case for testing GC5330 and TSW3100, but should be applicable for DAC boards as well.
