Hi,
Is the ADS8320SHKQ specified for a temperature range of -55°C to 210°C? That is the range which is given in the datasheet http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/ads8320-ht.pdf.
But when I have a look to the product page http://www.ti.com/product/ads8320-ht the temperature range of the part is -55 to 125 °C. ADS8320SHKJ is specified from -55 to 210°C on this page.So what is correct? I thought the only difference between the HKJ and HKQ parts is that the HKQ parts have already formed leads and the HKJ parts have unformed leads.
