ADC141S628 ( problem with data out)

I have ADC141S628 device on LMP91200EVAL board. I have supplied 2 Mhz clock signal and chip select as well according to spec. But i could not see any data out. i checked the voltage levels . everything looks ok. i supplied 3.3 volts. could you please let know what else i have to do to figure out the reason for this.

    Penuballi,

    Can you confirm that you are using the LMP91200EVAL board as  a stanalone board and not connecting it to the SPIO-4 digital controller board? Also is it possible to attached a scope shot of SCLK, DOUT, CSbar, and +IN. Finally you mentioned you "supplied 3.3 Volts". Can you confirm that VA = VIO = VREF = 3.3V or do you have another configuration? Providing this info will help us get to the bottom of this.
