ADS4242 VCM range and Channel A stand by current consumption

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS4242

I have following two doubts regarding performance of ADS4242

  1. In the datasheet of ADS4242 typical value of VCM is given as 0.95V. What is Max and min value of VCM for 2Vp-p input level without degradation of performance?
  2. As per datasheet, device can be configured to have channel A stand by and channel B active (Page no 25 of the datasheet, Table 7 for parallel configuration). What would be current consumption of the device is channel B is only active and A is stand by? Consider CMOS parallel output and no load capacitance
  • Hi,

The suggested VCM range of ADS4242 is VCM +/- 0.05V to guarantee the performance. Regarding current consumption for stand-by Channel A and active Channel B, I'll get back to you after measuring it up.

    Thanks,
