ADC with high speed interface .

Hi

I need an 16 channel ADC(min 12bit) , with each channel sampling at 4ksps .

I think ads1158/1258 are good match for me . But the question is , Is the SPI 

interface capable of transmitting data to my DSK6455 module , so that there is no

loss in information . If not can u suggest me any ?

any kind of help will be appreciated .
