The ADS54RF63 datasheet states it is Pin-Similar/ Compatible to 12-, 13-, and 14-Bit ADS5440/ ADS5444/ ADS5474. However, it does not state how the NC pins 47,48,49,50 behave. In order for our board to support either ADS54RF63 or ADS5474, we need to know how to treat these pins when they are connected.
Can someone please help with this.
