Hi,

I'm using AFE5808A

in test mode with ramp I get the right data except in two transition:

from 3FFF I get next 2000 and then 0001, 0002 ...

from 1FFF I get next 0000 and then 2001, 2002 ...

I have it in all the channels, it seems like my MSB is "stuck" for one more cycle, what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Haim,

Your output format is probably set into 2's complement (ADC Register 0x4[3]=0). Change ADC Register 0x4[3] into logic '1'.

Thank you, I already did that.

anyway the problem was in the FPGA pipeline and we fixed that.
