Maturity of space-rated high speed ADCs

Assuming each of the following ADCs met our requirements, I am wondering if there is a specific one that TI would consider the "most mature", or are all 3 in production with prior flight history?

The ADC14155QML-SP was released in 2008 and has been purchased by numerous different flight programs.

We are pulling together the information on the other two products.

Both the ADS5444-SP and ADS5463-SP were released in 2008 and both have flight history. The ADS5463-SP is more popular and is also available as RHA 5962R0720802VXC.
