TMP422-EP radiation robustness?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TMP422-EP, SN54LVC00A

Hi,

the TMP422-EP is a High-Reliability product, but it is not "Space Qualified": is it possible to get this qualification for it? What I additional need is some information on the radiation robustness of the device, if available of course

thank you and regards

Teo

  • Hi Teo,

What are your requirements for TID, Displacement damage, prompt dose, neutron, and heavy ion? We have tested devices in the same process technology and they've had differing results. Let us know.

  • I am looking/hoping to use the SN54LVC00A and SN54LVTH162374 in a High reliability application where radiation tolerance is required.

I notice that both these parts specifications state:

Space - Radiation tolerant, ceramic packaging and qualified for use in Space-based application

Where can I get the test results for these devices?  (The TID requirements for this application is approximately 30KRads. The parts must not latchup (SEL) with linear energy transfer threshold less than 80 MeV-cm2/mg)

    Thanks,

    Dorothy
