SN54LS674J Parallel to serial shift register

Hi,

We would like to place an order for SN54LS674J (Parallel to serial shift register), But in the datasheet the package dimensions for the mentioned part given under Drawing 'J'.There  dimensions for Narrow and Wide packages were given.How do we differentiate the packages with the PART NUMBER , since it is not given.Please provide us with the PART NUMBER of both packages.

    Parthiban,

    The part number has the package type as the extension to the device.

    In the datasheet, it shows J, W, and the FK packages.  This is shown on the first page.  Additionally, if you go to the packaging addendum, there are orderable devices showing package types as well.

    The J at the end is a package type for the CDIP.

    Also, you can see the availability of devices by looking at the product folder.
